2010 Reunion in Williamsburg

We are planning the Cocke Catesby Reunion next summer in Colonial Williamsburg, VA, on Thursday, June 24, 2010 through Sunday, June 27, 2010.  (Let us know if you’re interested in arriving a day early on Wednesday for a golf tournament on Thursday morning.)

The banquet on Saturday night will be held at the Woodlands Conference Center, which is a short walk from the Woodlands Hotel and Suites.  There are other Colonial Williamsburg hotels closer to the historic district, such as the Williamsburg Inn, the Williamsburg Lodge, the Providence Hall Guesthouses, and the colonial houses; and you can book rooms there if you wish.  To make a reservation at any of the Colonial Williamsburg hotels and receive a slight discount, please call the toll-free number 800-261-9530 during business hours Monday through Friday and use the ID COCF10A.  If you would like to book online at the Woodlands Hotel and Suites, use the URL address https://resweb.passkey.com/go/cocf10a.  (There are also many other types of hotels very close to Colonial Williamsburg that you might want to consider.)

You will be receiving a schedule and registration form for the reunion later.  We anticipate the registration cost to be approximately $150.00 per adult.  Hope to see you at Williamsburg!
